At Mill Park Leisure, your safety is our top priority. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a safe workout environment, we are implementing a new policy regarding the use of bench presses during unstaffed hours.
New Policy Details
Effective immediately, bench presses are not to be used during unstaffed hours. You can still bench press using the squat racks with safety arms. This alternative ensures you have added protection and reduces the risk of injury.

Safety Reminders
There are duress alarms located next to the chest press and assessment room. These allow for spoken communication with the security company. Please note that if these devices are misused membership will be cancelled and call out fees will be charged to person responsible for misuse..
No “tailgating” is allowed. Each member must scan in independently at all scan points. If it is found that you have given access to another individual, your membership will be immediately cancelled and fines may apply.
During your workout, please ensure that you are fully in control of all equipment, including all loads/weights that you are lifting. If you are unfamiliar with equipment, refrain from using it until you have consulted a trainer who can advise you on the correct way to use it.
We strongly recommends that you book a BEGIN appointment to have a Personal Trainer design a program for you.
