What is reformer pilates? Reformer pilates is a type of resistance-based pilates that is performed on a reformer pilates bed. 

During a class you will get a full body workout - expect to activate and strengthen your body in the following areas: 

✔️ Abdominal region 

✔️ Buttocks,️ legs and thighs 

✔️ Back 


Reformer Pilates is designed for all fitness and ability levels, offering all the benefits of Pilates including overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. These benefits, in turn, lead to daily life improvements including better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many; relief from pain associated with physical imbalances.

There are 15 state-of-the-art reformer pilates beds at Mill Park Leisure and classes are available as part of the MX membership.
