This Girl Can Week at Mill Park Leisure: Join Us for Empowering Fitness Classes!
At Mill Park Leisure, we’re excited to be part of the This Girl Can movement, celebrating women of all fitness levels and encouraging everyone to get active in a fun, welcoming environment. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to try something new, we’ve got a range of fitness classes designed to empower and inspire you.
Here’s what we’re offering during This Girl Can week, open to all women in the community:
Monday
- Body Combat at 10:35am: An energetic, martial-arts inspired workout to kickstart your week.
- Body Attack at 6:30pm: A high-energy interval class that combines athletic movements with strength exercises.
Tuesday
- Core at 9:30am: A focused class to strengthen and tone your midsection.
- The Trip at 5:30pm: An immersive, multi-sensory indoor cycling experience, perfect for a fun and motivating workout.
Thursday
- Walking Group at 8:15am: A relaxed, social way to stay active while enjoying the outdoors.
Friday
- Body Pump at 6:10am: Start your Friday strong with a full-body workout that uses light weights and high repetitions to build strength and endurance.
Special Event:
- Women's Only Bootcamp on Wednesday at 6:30pm: A supportive, women-only bootcamp to build confidence and fitness.
