April School Holiday Program 2025

Are you looking for something for the kids to do in the school holidays? Mill Park Leisure offers a fun and engaging school holiday program, stay active, and enjoy a variety of activities in a safe, welcoming environment.

If you're looking for something to keep the kid's occupied during the April holidays, then why not consider signing up for our School Holiday Program.

The School Holiday Program is open to school age children aged between 5yrs and 12yrs of age.

DATE: Monday 7 April - Friday 11 April
COST: $20 per session, per child
VENUE: Mill Park Leisure
BRING: We recommend children BYO water bottle for each session labelled with their name. Any other items required have been noted in individual sessions below.
 

Schedule

Monday 7th April – Swim & Play

Wednesday 9th April – Swim & Play

Friday 11th April – Keeping Fit

Morning Session:

• 11:00am – Drop Off / Arrival, Meet in Creche, Children Wristbanded, Head to Kiosk Wet Side to Wait
• 11:15am – Group Heads to Designated Areas, Rules Explained
• 11:15am - 11:50am – Activity 1
• 11:50am - 12:00pm – Morning Tea
• 12:00pm - 12:40pm – Activity 2
• 1:00pm – Pick Up / Finish

Afternoon Session:

• 1:00pm – Drop Off / Arrival, Meet in Creche, Children Wristbanded, Head to Kiosk Wet Side to Wait
• 1:15pm – Group Heads to Designated Areas, Rules Explained
• 1:15pm - 2:10pm – Activity 1
• 2:10pm - 2:20pm – Afternoon Tea
• 2:20pm – 3:00pm – Activity 2
• 3:15pm - 3:30pm – Pick Up / Finish

**Please arrive 10-15minutes prior to sign in your child

Each session has limited spots.
Please follow the below steps to book via the Active World App to secure a spot for your child.

Booking & Payment

Please download the Active World App, and create a customer profile.
Note: The Centre must be set to Mill Park Leisure. This can be change via 'My Profile' if you already have an existing account.

Steps to book into the School Holiday Sessions:

1. Press 'Book Group Fitness'
2. Press the magnifying glass icon (right hand side)
3. Change the Activity to 'Children's Programs' (tap the blue arrow for the drop down options)
4. All other filters do not need to be changed
5. Press 'Search'
6. Press 'Book' next to your desired session day/time
7. Press 'Continue'
8. Select 'Add Member' (fill out your child's details - please ensure the Photo Consent and Medical Conditions incl. allergies are filled out at this step)
9. Press 'Add'
10. Select the Member Name (child's name - using the blue arrow)
11. Press 'Continue'
12. Press 'Confirm Booking'
13. Enter card details to make payment
14. Press '$20.00' to confirm and process payment

The steps above will have to be repeated per session and/or per child.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

When booking into these sessions via the Active World App, you are agreeing to the following:

· Children must be primary school ages (5-12 years)

· Price = $20/session

· Dietary requirements must be advised prior

· Medical conditions must be advised prior

· Payment upfront to secure spot

· Non-refundable event
