Partners in Health

Our Partners in Health program provides access to health care benefits and the support of our health care professionals and partners.

We offer allied health services to those who have an existing health condition and a need for health care support. This includes providing access to education, government and private medical insurance funded programs to support members with medical conditions and/or injuries.

Among members who benefit from the health care supports we provide are those who live with a disability, injury, chronic and/or medical condition. On occasion, through our support members learn about health care funding that they were not previously aware.

We can link members living with these circumstances to funding that can fully or partially meet the cost of health care supports. This helps members who may not be able to afford needed health care to still be able to access it under our care.

Through our Partners in Health programs, we work with leading medical and health professionals and researchers to create, trial, and provide into local community’s health care supports that make it easier for people to access, and afford.

That way, we bring first class health care to our members, and community.
