The best part? Connect30 sessions are included with your membership and will be available in our small group training area, conveniently located as you enter the gym. To join a session, simply book your slot through the Activeworld App. 

We're thrilled to utilise Myzone, a fitness tracking platform integrated into every workout. Each session is expertly programmed to help you reach designated heart rate zones, ensuring you get the most out of every minute – and yes, it's suitable for all fitness levels.
