Fit For Life Seniors: Your Path to Health and Wellness
Staying active and connected is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, especially as we grow older. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Fit For Life Seniors Program, a series of classes designed specifically for older adults. This program focuses on building strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health while fostering a sense of community.
Fit For Life Seniors classes will take place every Thursday at 10:30 am at the Mernda Uniting Church Hall.
